Our Values

These values are the guiding Principles of Conduct set by LADIV’s Board Members and apply to both candidates and employers.

  • Honesty

In every way and form. No one can alter facts, history, or any type of data.
  • Speed

A fast-moving world requires fast decisions. Candidates and employers should never waste time throughout the recruitment process.
  • Fairplay

In everything said and done. All parties are respectful, empathetic, and agree on competitive, fair salaries.
  • Transparency

Candidates and employers need to know where they stand. We don’t pit one against the other or make promises we can’t hold. Recruiters should always inform candidates if they have been selected or not.

Principles of Conduct

LADIV’s guiding principles put the candidate in the center of the recruitment process.

Registering a company profile is free. For ethical reasons and compliance with standard procedure, we will validate company profiles and activate employer accounts before any job adverts can be made. We usually endorse employer profiles within one business day.

  1. All candidates should be treated professionally. You should notify each candidate following the closure of a job offer – LADIV Career Deal Tools makes this process simple.
  2. No job adverts with sexual, illegal, or unethical intent will be accepted.
  3. Salary dumping is prohibited. Candidates must receive a fair salary for their competencies.
  4. No candidate shall be discriminated against. Employers must fully comply in building a non-discriminatory environment. Country laws prevail in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

It is understood that LADIV reserves its right to remove any job ad or company profile that does not respect one or more of the above Principles of Conduct.
