Conditions of use

This page states the General Conditions of Use ("Conditions of Use") under which you ("You") can use the sites and affiliates operated by Ladiv Group B.V. under its LADIV Career Deal brand (hereafter “Ladiv”) including but not limited to:,,,,,,,,,; whether these services can be accessed freely or require prior registration.

These Conditions of Use constitute a binding agreement between You and Ladiv for the country in which You live or in which Your business is headquartered, and is accepted by You each time that You use Ladiv.

Ladiv can review these Conditions of Use at any time by posting an updated version to this Web page. Please visit this page periodically and review these binding Conditions of Use.

Users who violate these Conditions of Use may have their access and use of the Ladiv sites suspended or terminated.

You must be 16 years of age or older to visit or use any Ladiv site in any manner.

1. Content

1.1. Ladiv Content

Ladiv authorizes You, subject to these Conditions of Use, to access, use, download and print the content accessible through the Ladiv sites. The contents of the Ladiv sites, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, software and other Ladiv content ("Ladiv Content"), are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. All Ladiv Content is the property of Ladiv Group B.V.

Unauthorized use of Ladiv Content is strictly prohibited and may violate the above mentioned laws and/or applicable communications regulations. You agree not to modify, sell, reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the Ladiv Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose.

1.2. Content posted by You

You acknowledge that all information (such as data files, texts, software, music, audio files or others, photographs, videos or other images) which you can access as you use the Services is the sole responsibility of the person who posted this content. All such information is hereinafter referred to as the "User Content".

Ladiv does not check the relevance, veracity or accuracy of the information and data (the User Content) that you post on the Internet when using the Services, as these elements are your own responsibility.

Regarding such content, Ladiv therefore does not intervene as a content editor.

Ladiv’s role and responsibility is limited to that of host as defined by the provisions of the Law on Confidence in the Digital Economy of 21 June 2004.

However, Ladiv reserves the right to delete information and data if their content is illegal, does not conform to the regulations in force and/or is likely to affect third parties, as determined by Ladiv’s discretion.

As such, you shall agree to guarantee the legality of elements and information posted and you may not use the Services to perform an illicit or illegal activity, contrary to public order and/or good morality, including but not limited to content that:

  • is implicitly or explicitly offensive;
  • harasses, incites harassment;
  • promotes or endorses false or misleading information or illegal activities;
  • displays or links to pornographic;
  • provides or links to material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

You acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by You on or through a Ladiv site (“User Content”) is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated.

Ladiv claims no ownership or control over any User Content.

Ladiv encourages You to keep a back-up copy of any of Your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ladiv be liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any User Content.

2. Use of the Ladiv Services

The job postings and other features of the Ladiv Sites may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees.

Furthermore, it is not allowed to:

  • use any data mining, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
  • copy or duplicate in any manner any of the Ladiv Content or information available from any Ladiv Site;
  • delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;
  • harass or advocate harassment of any group, company, or individual;
  • send unsolicited mail or email,
  • interfere with service to any User

Access to certain Services requires that you provide information about yourself (such as your identity or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service or in the context of your use of Ladiv Sites. All information provided to Ladiv for registration purposes must always be accurate, correct and up to date. You agree accordingly to carry out the necessary verification and updates.

You agree not to engage in any activity that can interfere with or disrupt Ladiv’s Services (or the servers and networks connected to Ladiv’s Services).

3. Additional Conditions for Employers

Employers are entirely responsible for their postings on Ladiv Sites. Ladiv is not to be considered to be an employer.

A Job posting is understood to:

  • contain no false, or misleading information; and
  • contain no material or links to material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or other manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 16.
  • contain no jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws
  • contain no information which are in contradiction to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
  • contain no information to sell, promote or advertise products or services;
  • contain no “club membership” or marketing opportunity;
  • contain no business that requires any type of payments;

Ladiv reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Ladiv Site, which in the reasonable exercise of Ladiv’s discretion, does not comply with the above Conditions, or if any content is posted that Ladiv believes is not in the best interest of Ladiv.

4. Additional Conditions applicable to Job Seekers

When You register with any Ladiv Site, You will be asked to create a personal account and provide Ladiv with certain information.

Any Profile You submit must be accurate and describe You, an individual person.

You agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any CV or material contained therein placed by You on the Ladiv Sites.

You acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account and that if You cancel Your Ladiv account or Your Ladiv account is terminated, all Your account information from Ladiv, including CVs, profile data, cover letters, saved jobs, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Ladiv’s databases and will be removed from any public area of the Ladiv Sites.

Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in implementing the deletion.

Ladiv encourages You to keep a back-up copy of any of Your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ladiv be liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any User Content.

5. Copyright or Trademark Infringement

Ladiv respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users and content partners to do the same.

If You believe that Your copyrighted work or trademark has been uploaded, posted or copied to any Ladiv Site and is accessible on such Ladiv Site in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please contact Ladiv by email at or by regular mail to:

6. Ladiv’s Liability

The Ladiv Sites act as a vehicle for candidates searching for a job; and for employers to post job opportunities and view and evaluate applicant profiles of candidates who post CVs and profiles to their job openings.

Ladiv does not screen or censor the Content posted by Users. Ladiv is not involved in, and does not control, the actual transaction between employers and candidates.

While Ladiv reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, CVs or other material from the Ladiv Sites that does not comply with the General Conditions of Use, Ladiv does not assume any obligation to do so and to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the fullest extent possible by lay, Ladiv does not warrant that any Ladiv site and its services will operate error-free or that any Ladiv site and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of any Ladiv site or the Ladiv content results in the need for servicing or relkacing equipment or data or any other costs, Ladiv is not responsible for those costs. The Ladiv sites and Ladiv content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. Ladiv, to the fullest extent permitted by oay, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warrantibilty, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. Ladiv makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Ladiv Content, services, software, text, graphics and links

8. Limitation of Liability.

No clause in these Conditions of Use shall exclude or limit the liability of Ladiv for damages which the applicable law prohibits the exclusion or limitation.

Ladiv Group B.V., its Subsidiaries and Affiliated companies and licensors shall not be liable to you for indirect or consequential damages you may suffer, and for any shortfall (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill, clientele or reputation, or any loss of data suffered by you;

Any loss or damage you may suffer resulting from:

  • any changes that Ladiv can make to the Services or the permanent or temporary disruption in the provision of the Services (or any features of the Services);
  • erasure, alteration or failure to save any Content and other communications data stored or transmitted through the use of the Services;
  • your failure to provide Ladiv with accurate account information;
  • your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and your account information.

The limitations of liability set out above will apply, whether Ladiv has been informed or not or is aware or not of the possibility of the occurrence of such damages.

9. Links to Other Sites.

The Ladiv Sites contain links to third party Web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to You and not as an endorsement by Ladiv of the contents on such third-party Web sites.

Ladiv is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If You decide to access linked third-party Web sites, You do so at Your own risk.

10. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use

You agree not to resell or assign Your rights or obligations under these Conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of any Ladiv site.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ladiv, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any Ladiv Site, (ii) Your use of any Ladiv Content, or (iii) Your breach of these Conditions. Ladiv shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

12. General

Ladiv makes no claims or representations that the Ladiv Content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside your country of residence or business headquarter.

Access to the Ladiv Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If You access any Ladiv Site You do so at Your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of Your jurisdiction.

13. Additional Conditions

Certain areas of the Ladiv Sites are subject to additional Conditions. By using such areas, or any part thereof, You agree to be bound by the additional Conditions applicable to such areas.

14. Mobile Services

If You use the Ladiv Sites through a mobile device, You agree that information about Your use of the Ladiv Sites through Your mobile device and carrier may be communicated to us, including but not limited to Your mobile carrier, Your mobile device, or Your physical location.

In addition, use of the Ladiv Sites through a mobile device may cause data to be displayed on and through Your mobile device.

15. Term and Termination.

These Conditions will remain in full force and effect while You are a User of any Ladiv Site.

16. Applicable law

These Conditions of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the Dutch law.
